PEPPER HOUSE
A historic spice trading godown with Dutch-style clay roof and a large courtyard, located in Kalvathy road in between Fort Kochi and Bazar road was once used to store goods for loading onto ships anchored in Kochi harbour. Now Pepper House is transformed into a space for exhibition and art residency studios for the biennale.
