Soups are delicious as well as nutritious.We are introduce simple, delicious and easy to make Winter Vegetarian Soup.

Ingredients :

   
Chopped carrots - 1
Chopped Coriander leaves - 3-4 sprigs
Chopped Tomatoes - 1
Turmeric powder - 1-2 tsp
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Sliced onions - 2
Spring onions - 4-5
Limejuice - 2tbsp
Pepper powder - 3-4tsp
Garam masala - 2-3 tsp
Salt -  
Water -

Cooking Method :

To begin with place a shallow pan at medium flame. Pour oil into the pan add sliced onions along with chopped tomato's and Carrots.

Continue to cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add chopped spring onions and Coriander leaves into your recipe and continue sautéing. We can add a tint of spice into the recipe for that you may add a pinch of salt, Pepper powder and garam masala .

Now since our vegetables are cooked its time to add water into the recipe. You can add two tbsp of Limejuice it is frequently used as an added flavor .Let your soup to boil finally add a tsp of Turmeric powder to ensure a musky flavor and yellow color to the winter soup.

Finally our Spicy winter soup is ready to serve.
