| Method of Preparation :
 To begin with, heat oil in a pan and add some mustard seeds. 
        When the seeds splutter, sauté the chopped onions well in the oil. Add 
        green chilies, turmeric powder, little bit of garam masala, red chilly 
        powder, tomato and salt into the pan and fry well till the oil separates. 
       Pour required amount of water for gravy. When the water 
        boils add the eggs one by one by breaking them directly into the pan. 
        You could optionally add some vinegar to give a slight sour taste. Cook 
        on medium flame for about 15 minutes.  Do not use spoon to mix the ingredients, but take the 
        pan from fire and twirl the ingredients so that the eggs do not stick 
        to the pan..  Serve hot on to a plate and enjoy…  |
