Ingredients :
   
Cucumber
- 2 nos.
Roasted and coarsely powdered groundnut
- 2 tablespoon
Green chillies
- 3 nos
Curd
- 1 cup
Rai
- 1/2 teaspoon
Jeera
- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
   
Coriander leaves and khadipatta together
- 2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon

Method :

Peel the skin of the cucumber. Grate them in a grater. Squeeze the extra water in them. Mix the grated cucumber with groundnut powder, salt, sugar, green chillies and curd.

Finally give tadka of rai and jeera in oil and add to the raita.

Garnish with coriander and khadipatta leaves.
