A whole wheat Laddu recipe by Farheen from Chennai

Ingredients :
   
Ghehun(whole wheat flour)
- 1 cup
Ghee
- 1/4th cup
Sugar
- 3/4th cup(powdered)
Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp
Pistachios - (sliced)for garnish

Method :

In a kadai, heat ghee. Add the flour and cook on low flame for 15 mins or till brown.

Now keep it aside and let it cool for 3 mins Add the powdered sugar along with the cardomom powder and mix well.

Make small laddus and garnish with pistachios. Store in an air tight container.
