Homemade Tandoori Masala

Ingredients :    
Coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds
- 1 tbsp
Black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp
Cloves
- 5
Seeds of black cardamom pods
- 4
Paprika
- 2 tbsp
Dried fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp
Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp
Ground ginger
- 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp

Method :

Preheat a small skillet over medium-high heat.

Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black peppercorns, cloves and cardamom seeds and toast shaking the skillet every few seconds for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Remove from the heat and let spices cool down. Next grind to a fine powder.

Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients.
