Preheat a small skillet over medium-high heat.
Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black
peppercorns, cloves and cardamom seeds and toast shaking the skillet every
few seconds for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Remove from the heat and let spices cool down. Next grind
to a fine powder.
Transfer to a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients.
