Method of Preparation:
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of hot water. Mix the cooked gelatin, condensed milk & thick coconut milk. Beat the egg white stiff, add this to the above mix and chill. Add vanilla essence for flavor.
Pour the mixture into a glass tray, has to go into the fridge (freezer) for setting. After 20 minutes, set it with tropical fruits like pineapple, mango or papaya. You could set the pudding in individual bowls too. So that& you can serve it as individual settings.
Note: As this pudding is not cooked, without gelatin the pudding will not become set. Take gelatin in a small pot and double boil it in a larger pot of boiling water, and combine all the ingredients into the condensed milk well.
