Method of Preparation :
Boil 1st and 2nd ingredients in a thick bottom vessel. When its quantity reduces to 1/2, add steamed garlic and mix with a ladle, without crushing the garlic. Bring to a boil and remove from fire. Allow to cool.
Take 1/4 cup chutney and mix with 3 pinch sodium benzoate. Pour this to the remaining chutney and stir well. Your chutney is ready.
Note : Mango-Garlic sweet Chutney
can be made using Mango jam instead of apple jam with the same recipe.
