Red Chilly Chutney

Ingredients :    

Red Chilly

- 10nos

Small Onions

- 1/4 cup

Tamarind

- a small ball

Salt

- to taste
Oil - 1tbs

Method :

Heat the pan, add the oil, red chilly, small onions and heat it for 3 minutes.

Grind it into a thick paste by adding tamarind and salt.

To add the taste, add one teaspoon fresh coconut oil.

I have tried the above red chilly chutney.........was too great taste..... I have added jaggery to it extra just for added taste ........
