Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic slices and saute.
Then add half the chopped onion, green chilly, capsicum along with chopped tomato and mix well.
Break two eggs into the pan and scramble it for a while.
Now add a tbsp of Crushed pepper, mix well for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep it aside.
Meanwhile in a bowl take an egg white and add salt, ¼ tsp Pepper powder, remaining chopped onion, green chilly along with capsicum, beat well and keep it aside as well.
Now spread and heat oil on a dosa tawa and spread dosa batter on it, in a round shape.
Before the batter gets cooked, spread the egg white mixture on top of the dosa.
Then add the cooked egg masala on top of it as well and cook till the bottom side become crispy and the top side is well cooked.
Once the egg dosa gets cooked well, transfer it to a serving platter and serve hot.
