In a bowl take 500gms chicken along with turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix well. Mariante it for 45 minutes.
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamon, chopped onion, ginger paste, salt and saute well.
Add the marinated chicken pieces in to the pan, mix well, cover it and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Now open the lid and add 1 tsp of soya sauce along with 1 ½ tsp of pepper powder and at last add some chopped coriander leaves and saute well.
Now out tasty ginger chicken is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
