In a bowl, mix grated cauliflower along with ginger, fenugreek leaves, carom seeds, green chillies, lemon juice, baking soda, gram flour, rice flour and salt.
Add water gradually and mix well to make the pakoda batter.
Heat oil in a pan, mean while make balls of the batter with hands. Put the balls into the hot oil and deep fry all sides till they turn golden brown and crisp.
When done, transfer the pakodas to a platter with an absorbent paper to drain the oil.
Sprinkle some chaat masala over the pakodas and serve hot.
