Chinese Egg Roll

A perfect recipe for the lunch box!

The roll has the goodness of eggs and vegetables and a Chinese flavour to it.. watch pics and video & Try it out.

Ingredients :

   
KeralaPorotta - 2
Cabbage - 1 cup
Carrot - 4 nos
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Green chilly - 3 tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Onion - 4
Spring Onion - 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
Chilly sauce - 3 tsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Eggs - 4 per each roll
Corn flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp

Cooking Method :

sliced ginger

Heat oil in a pan and saute sliced ginger in it.

add veggies

Add cabbage, capsicum,spring onion, carrot, onion, and green chilly into it.

mix some Soya sauce with corn flour

Now mix some Soya sauce with corn flour and add into the pan and mix well.

Add sauces

Now add some chilly sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder & salt and Saute for around 5 mins.

break 4 eggs

Now in another bowl break 4 eggs. Add pepper powder, salt, sliced onion, and green chilli and beat well.

put the egg mixture

Heat some butter in a pan and put the egg mixture into it.

place a kerala porota on  top

Now place a Kerala porota or a chapathi on top and heat both sides.

add the boiled vegetables inside the eggporotta

Now add the boiled vegetables inside the eggporotta and then roll it. Serve hot.
