Cooking Method :
Heat oil in a pan and saute sliced ginger in it.
Add cabbage, capsicum,spring onion, carrot, onion and green chilly into it.
Now mix some soya sause with corn flour and add into the pan and mix well.
Now add some chilly sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder & salt and Saute for around 5 mins.
Now in another
bowl break 4 eggs and pepper powder, salt sliced onion and green chilli and beat well.
Heat some butter in a pan and put the egg mixture in to it.
Now place a kerala porota on top and heat both sides.
Now add the boiled vegetables inside the eggporotta and then roll it. Serve hot. |
