Spinach Chappathi

Ingredients :

   
Spinach - 200grams
Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 2
Pepper powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Ghee - for cooking
Cilantro - few, chopped

Cooking Method :

In a bowl combine all the ingredients and knead adding little water in between to make firm and smooth dough.

Roll the dough portions into balla and flatten them with your palms.

Toss them on flour and roll them out into circles of approximately 3 inches in diameter.

Place it over a hot pan at medium flame and cook well. Meanwhile apply ghee on both sides.

Remove from heat and place on a platter. Serve hot !!!
