Preparing the Masala Batter :
Lets break three eggs and whisk thoroughly in a glass bowl until it turns frothy. Now add all the ingredients in the same bowl starting with Red Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, salt, pepper, chopped Shallots, green chillies, capsicum, carrot, milk and coriander leaves. Again whisk all the ingredients for 2 minutes and our egg masala batter is ready for cooking.
Cooking
To make Masala Omelette first drizzle oil in a pan. Once hot, reduce the flame and add Egg Masala Batter into the shallow pan and swirl around so that the veggies do not form lumps. Cook for about 5-6 minutes and make sure that the Masala Omelette is cooked from the inside as well. |
