Pudina Rice

Ingredients :

   
Rice   Paneer or potatoes
Cloves   Cinnamon
Pepper   Onions
Ginger   Green chillies,
Coriander leaves   Pudina leaves
Curd   Salt

Cooking Method :

  • Grind and make chunty of : Ginger, green chillies, curd and pudina - coriander leaves... and keep aside.

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole garam masalas to it. Add nicely chopped onions and saute till pink.

  • Add the chutney mixture, bay leaf, paneer or potato cubes and salt into it add saute for a second.

  • To it add raw rice and saute till oil leaves. Add 1:2 ratio of water ( glass of water for 1 glass of rice). Pressure cook for 1 whistle.

  • Open the cooker and mix the mixture well.
