Ripe Mango Chutney

Ripe Mango chutney is one of the simple chutney's one could prepare at home with in 10 minutes. Chutney requires no water or cooking all you need is a Ripe Mango and very few condiments.

Ingredients :

Curry leaves - 10-12
Red chilly powder - 1-2 tsp
Shallots chopped - 10
Salt - to taste

Cooking Method :

Chop the Ripe Mango into small pieces. Now lets add a portion of it, curry leaves along with Red chilly powder, chopped shallots and salt into a blender.

Grind to a smooth paste with out water. Always remember that you're the chutney should not get too thick or too loose. Hence to retain the consistency add the chopped mangoes pieces accordingly.

Finally your ripe mango Chutney is ready to serve. Ripe mango chutney can be had with Idli or dosa.
