Cooking Method :
To begin with, pour 1-2 tbsp of oil into a saucepan under medium flame. When the oil is hot enough you may add 2 cups of chopped onions into the pan sauté for sometime until they turn golden brown. Now add chopped cube sized potatoes into the pan continue sautéing until the Potatoes gets cooked.
Further add spices into your recipe.. turmeric powder, chopped green chilies and mix well. Add the eggs one by one by breaking them directly into the pan. Do not raise the heat. The Egg is getting scrambled and absorbing the flavor. Finally to give a finishing touch add condiments such as salt and pepper into your Aloo Burji .You spicy Aloo Burji is ready to serve.
