In a bowl, take gram flour followed by cumin seeds, red Chilli powder, garam masala, salt and coriander leaves. Add some water and mix well with a spoon to form a semi- liquid batter. Transfer the florets into the batter and combine so that it gets coated well.
Now in a pan, add some oil and add in the coated florets. Deep-fry the pakodas till they turn crispy brown.
