| Method of Preparation : Boil 200 gms of clean prawns with 2 tspns of chilly powder, half spoon of turmeric powder, one cup water and required salt for 3 minutes or till water completly absorbs. Take 50 gms of small onions(cleaned),10 dry chillies, some curry leaves.
    Then crush it throughly well. Place a pan in the stove and pour 3 table spoons of coconut oil, when it is hot put the crushed masala and fry it for 3 mnts then add a pinch of turmeric powder and put the boiled prawns in to the pan and fry for 2 minutes more.
