Method :

First for making the dough, mix milk powder and vegetable ghee together. Then to it add all purpose flour and baking soda. Remove the moisture content from the suji and combine it well with the mixture. Finally add some cardamom powder and milk, so that the dough becomes smooth. Keep this mixture aside for about 10 mins.

Meanwhile lets cook the sugar syrup, for that take a pan and add sugar and water and bring it to boil. When the liquid boils, add cardamom powder. Lower the flame and add some lemon juice into the syrup in order to prevent it from solidifying. You can also add some rose water into the syrup so that it gives a beautiful aroma. Here our syrup is done; allow it to cool for sometime…

Now start making small balls with your hands and arrange it on a plate. Meanwhile when the syrup cools, strain it into a glass bowl. Set the pan on medium fire and add oil for frying. Now add the dough balls to the heated oil. With the help of a spoon gently space the jamuns. Remember not to over cook the jamuns. When they turn into a light brown shade, take them out using a slotted spoon, thus draining the oil.

Transfer the balls into the formerly made sugar syrup.
