Easy to make healthy and tasty shallot chutney which goes well with Idli and Dosa.

Ingredients:
Onion- shallots	:	5 no's
Dried Red Chillies	:	3 or 4
Mustard	:	1 tsp
Curry leaves	:	for garnishing

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and saute the red chillies a while and keep aside. Saute onion till it becomes a light golden brown color. Add salt (1/4 tsp) while sauteing.

Keep aside to cool. Then grind both red chillies and onion till it becomes a paste.

Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with spluttered mustard and curry leaves.
