Try out this healthy salad recipe from Chef Sushant Parab (Sous Chef), Hotel Sahara Star, Mumbai.

Ingredients :

Tomato - 2 no

Bocconcini cheese - 50 gm

For Balsamic vinaigrette

Balsamic vinegar - 10 ml

Salt - pinch

Pepper - pinch

Olive oil - 15 ml

For basil pesto

Basil leaves - 20gm

Garlic - 3gm

Olive oil - 15 ml

Pine nuts - 10gm

Parmesan cheese - 10gm

Method :- 1.Slice tomatoes and bocconcini cheese. 2.Prepare balsamic vinaigrette mixing all ingredients above. 3.Prepare pesto coarsely grind above ingredient in a mixture. 4.Arrange tomatoes and cheese on a platter. 5.Drizzle vinaigrette and pesto. 6.Garnish with basil leaves.
