|  Cooking Method :  Break 2 raw eggs into a glass bowl and carefully remove 
        egg yolk using your fingers or spoon. Add salt to taste. Add minced carrots, 
        minced tomatoes and green chilies and onions and beat till all the ingredients 
        blend well. Place a shallow pan under a medium flame and heat 2 table spoons of cooking 
        oil in it. Pour the egg white mixture and let it cook with the lid closed 
        for two minutes.  Note : secret of fluffy omelet lies in the way it forms up on beaten 
        and making sure that the oil is piping hot. Don't over cook. Some add 
        a dash of milk to make the omelet soft.  |
