Grate the coconut and grind it with soaked rice by adding little amount of water and extract the milk from it.
Take a pan and pour the milk and heat it after adding ghee and sugar in a thick-bottomed vessel.
Stir it continuously until the mix thickens.
Take a greased tray and pour the mix on the tray.
Garnish it with fried cashews and raisins.
Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
