Apple Garlic Sweet Chutney

1. Apple Jam
- 2cups
  Lemon Juice - 1/2 cup
2. Red Chilly powder
- 1tsp
  Ground Ginger
- 1tsp
  Ground Garlic
- 1tsp
  Mustard, ground in White Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp
  White Vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup
  Salt - to taste
3. Steamed Garlic - 2cups
4. Sodium Benzoate - 2pinch

Method of Preparation : 

Boil 1st and 2nd ingredients in a thick bottom vessel. When its quantity reduces to 1/2, add steamed garlic and mix with a ladle, without crushing the garlic. Bring to a boil and remove from fire. Allow to cool. 

Take 1/4 cup chutney and mix with 3 pinch sodium benzoate.  Pour this to the remaining chutney and stir well. Your chutney is ready.

Note : Mango-Garlic sweet Chutney can be made using Mango jam instead of apple jam with the same recipe.
