Prawn Masala Fry

Ingredients:    
Prawns - 500 gms (1/2 kg)
Chillie powder - 50 gms
Turmeric powder - 10 gms
Coriander powder - 50 gms
Rice flour - 50 gms
Ginger and garlic paste - 50 gms
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil - for frying

Method:

Clean the prawns and dry it. Make a paste with all the above mentioned ingredients except oil. Marinate the prawns with the paste for half an hour. Then deep fry the prawns in the coconut oil.

not recomend coconut oil for frying.
