Ingredients :
Chilled Fresh Curds
Sugar
Cardamom Powder
Pistas
Pista Essence
Crushed Ice
Method of Preparation :
Coarsely grind pista. Dissolve sugar in curd.
Mix all the ingredients together. Blend well in an electric blender. Chill the lassi and serve.
