Heat some water in a cooker/pan, add peeled & deveined prawns, turmeric powder & salt.
Mix well, close the pan and cook well for 10 -15 min
Open the cooker and move the cooked prawns to a plate.
Heat some oil in a pan, Add chopped shallots, ginger garlic paste & crushed chillies. Saute well for sometime. Add salt to taste. Switch off the stove, once the shallots glaze & oil separates.
When the ingredients cool off, move to a mixy jar along with the cooked prawns. close the jar and grind it coarsely.
Put the ground ingredients to the same pan. Add garam masala, chilly powder, a few curry leaves and again mix well on a low flame. Fry for 5 minutes.
Prawns Chikki Masala is ready...
Move it to a serving bowl and Serve Hot !!!
