Heat some oil in a pan, put granted coconut, shallots (1 cup), dry chilies, fenugreek and curry leaves, mix well.
Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder & coriander powder saute for some time & then add required salt, roast well.
Transfer the roasted ingredients to a mixy jar after it cools, Grind well..
Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves the remaining chopped shallots, tomato and mix well.
Add the ground masala mix to the pan and saute well, then put prawns to the pan add tamarind water and mix well.
Close the pan and cook well, add some water if needed.
After 5 min open it and add salt, green chillies and curry leaves and again mix well, Close the pan again.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves, shallots and drychillies for a few mins. When the ingredents change colour move it to the previous pan and mix well.
Prawns Theeyal is ready.. move it to a serving bowl .
