Heat some oil in a pan and put cleaned dry prawns into it, Fry till crispy and move to a plate. Make sure that it does not get charred.
Then put some curry leaves and dry red chillies into the pan and saute for some time & then move it to a plate.
Take a mixy jar and grind dry red chillies, curry leaves (fried & some fresh ), shallot and ginger together coarsely.
Then add some coconut pieces, tamarind and again mix well.
Finally add fried prawns and grind well.
Prawns Chutney is ready. Enjoy!!!
