Ingredients :

   
Pineapple (chopped fresh) - 2cups
Yogurt - 2.5cups
Coriander leaves - few
Cumin Powder - 2 tsp
Red chili Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 or 3 tsp
Salt - to taste

Cooking Method :

Take curd in a bowl and whip it smoothly. Frist add spice powders. To this add chopped fresh Cilantro. Add salt and sugar to your taste.

Finally add the chopped sweet pineapple. Pineapple raita Ready!!! Chill it before serving..
