|  Cooking Method :  Pre-heat a pan and add 1-2 tbsp of oil. Splutter mustard 
        seeds followed by 2-3 tbsp of bengal dal, black gram dal and few curry 
        leaves . Add chopped onions, ginger and green chillies and saute untill 
        the onions turns translucent.  Add in cube tomatoes and continue sauting. When the oil 
        sees through, add 1 ltr of water along with 1 tsp of salt and let the 
        water boil.  Now add broken wheat or wheat rava into the pan and mix 
        well. Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until the broken wheat is properly 
        cooked.  People who have tried semolina upma or rava upma will 
        definetely love wheat upma and it can be had along with pickle or banana.
