Cooking Method :
Prepare Jaggery syrup by heating grated jaggery along with water. Remove from fire after it thickens a bit.
Slice bananas into 1/8-inch slices. Place a heavy bottom pan on the stove under medium flame. Add a glass of thin coconut milk into the pan, to this add the formerly sliced Bananas. Keep stirring while the coconut milk heat up. Now its time to add sweetness, so lets add a bowl full of jaggery syrup into the recipe. Continue to heat, you will get to see the whiteness of the coconut milk slowly disappearing. Again add a bowl full of thick coconut milk into the recipe and let it boil. Add a bit of cardamom powder into it and continue to sauté until a very good aroma emanates the kitchen. At this point you can switch off the stove.
Now lets prepare the seasoning for the dessert. For that lets fry cashew nuts and raisins in 2 tablespoons of ghee. Keep frying until it turns golden brown. Lets add the fried cashew nuts and raisins into the formerly made dessert and mix well. Your Banana dessert recipe is ready to serve.
