Ingredients :

Thick thattu dosas - 2nos cut into small pieces
Onions - 2 finely chopped
Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped
Capsicum (optional) - 1
Oil - 3tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Cooking Method :

  • Heat Oil in a pan. Fry the onions till golden brown.

  • Add all the powders and saute. To it add tomatoes and salt to taste and cook till the tomatoes turn gravy

  • Add capsicum and fry for few more seconds. Do not cook capsicum completely.

  • Add dosas and mix well till the dosa pieces fet coated with the masalas. Can add coriander leavers for taste.
