Moong Dal Ladoos

Ingredients :

   
Moong dal - half cup
Sugar - half cup
Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
cardamom powder -  
Almonds -  
Cashews -  
Raisins -

Cooking Method :

  • Roast dried moong dal till you get a nice aroma of the roasted moong dal. After it cools grind it o a fine powder. Take equal quantity of powdered sugar and moong dal.

  • Mix together moong dal , sugar and cardamom powder well in a bowl. Kepp melted ghee in a bowl of hot water.

  • Add hot ghee little by little to the mixture until you are able to make aballs from the mixture. Then add chopped almonds cashews and raisins.
