Cooking Method :
Lets heat four table spoons of coconut oil in a large skillet. Once the oil heats up lets add fenugreek seeds along with mustard seeds and let hem splutter. To this you can add chopped shallots and ontinue sauting along with thinly choppes green chilles and ginger and curry leaves and continue sauteing.
Now to spice up the recipe lets add turmeric power, Kashmiri chilli powder and water and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once the curry starts to boil, lets add 5 pieces of kokum along with three tbsp of tomato sauce into the recipe.
Now you may add small pieces of chicken into the curry along with salt and lets cook the dish with the lid on for 5 minutes.
Finnally lets finish off the recipe by adding ground coconut,curry leaves and coconut oil.
