Cooking Method :
In a vessel, mix Rice flour and water, to this add ½ cup of grated coconut, pinch of salt and cumin seeds. Mix the batter well and keep it aside for 20mins so the cumin flavor spreads evenly through out the batter. Make sure that your batter is not too loose or too thick.
Once the batter is ready heat the non-stick pan on medium flame. Add 2 to 3 drops of oil and grease the pan all over. Now we can pour a ladle full of batter in the center of the pan spread in a circle shape and grill cumin rice dosa evenly on both sides. Now Our Cumin Rice dosa is ready to serve.
You can serve these Dosas along with simple tomato chutney or tomato sauce.
