Cooking Method :
To begin with, heat a thick-bottomed pan on medium flame. Pour 2-3 cups of milk, a cup of Grated carrot and 1 cup of grated coconut, cook on medium heat for five to six minutes. Now add a cup of Powdered sugar along with a pinch of Cardamom Powder into the recipe. Continue sautéing until the milk evaporates and the carrots are cooked. Now add butter to your recipe and finally vanilla essence to enhance the flavor and mix the ingredients well.
Finally we can start making Carrot-Coconut ladoo by rolling the mixture into small balls in your palm. You can decide on the size of the laddoo, on how big or how small you want them to be.
Once the entire lot is done, let your little ones feast on it.
