Tinto Sandwich Toast

Toasted Sandwich is a common breakfast in Europe. Let's try a Breakfast recipe "Tinto Sandwich Toast" which is a combination of Toasted bread with Vegetable filling.

Ingredients :

Bread slices - 8
Thinly Chopped Onions - 1-2
Eggs - 2
Mayonnaise sauce - 1-2tbsp
Clarified butter - 1-2tbsp
Chopped Boiled Beans - 4-5
Chopped Boiled Carrots - 1-2
Oil - 1-2tbsp
Pepper - 1-2 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1-2 tsp
Salt - to taste

Cooking Method :

Add 2 tablespoon of oil in a vessel and warm it on medium heat. Now add vegetables such as chopped onions, beans and carrots into the pan. Sauté the veggies and let it cook for some time. Once the veggies are cooked, break and pour two uncooked eggs into it and let it spread while you continue to sauté. Add the condiments such as salt and pepper into the recipe. In order to make the filling more creamy add two table spoons of Mayonnaise.

Now that our creamy filling is ready, lets prepare "Tinto Sandwich Toast". To begin with, toast bread slices in a pan with clarified butter at medium flame. Make sure that your bread slices don't get burnt. Once our bread is well toasted, arrange the bread alternately with sandwich filling in between three slices. Finally the multi-layered toasted Sandwich is ready to serve.

You can serve Sandwich Toast for Breakfast or can be had for lunch.
