Place the pan over stove. Keep the flame in medium mode. Roast cashew in 2 tablespoons of ghee till it turns golden brown. Drain the cashew from hot ghee using a slotted spoon and place it in a bowl. Similarly roast vermicelli till it turns golden brown. Keep it aside in a separate bowl.
Now lets move on to the second stage, for which we need sugar and cardamom. Grind sugar and cardamom together in a mixer till it forms a fine white powder. Transfer it to a bowl. Again grind the roasted vermicelli to a fine rich orange coloured powder.
Mix powdered vermicelli with sugar powder and enough ghee to make smooth dough. Make round shaped balls using your palm. Arrange the laddus in a plate, garnish with roasted cashews, and enjoy...
