Method:

To begin with, add chopped green chillies, garlic flakes, cumin seeds, cardamom, and coriander leaves into a mixer and grind it to form a thick Masala Paste.

Take a pan, heat 1-2 tsp of oil in it. Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter. Gently mix in thinly sliced onions and sauté till the onions turn golden brown. Put formerly made masala paste into the pan. Continue sautéing till the raw smell goes off. Now it's time to add the chopped vegetables one after the other. Remember to keep your flame in medium mode. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes till the veggies get half cooked., Pour coconut milk and let it boil in a low flame, add roasted vermicelli to it, add water if necessary. Also add salt to taste.

Now your hot and spicy Semiya Biriyani is ready to serve. You can either have it for Breakfast or Lunch..
