Ingredients :

   
Onion - 50 gm
Tomato - 50 gm
Garlic chopped - 5 gm
Salt - to taste
Chicken - 250 gm
Coconut oil - 25 ml
Coconut milk - 50 ml
Coriander leaves - 30 gm
Masala paste -  
Grated coconut - 150gm
Garlic cloves - 5 gm
Cumin seeds - 3 gm
Curry - 1 gm
Pepper - 3 gm
Byadagi chilli - 75 gm
Turmeric powder - 3 gm

Cooking Method :

Marinate chicken with salt & turmeric powder.

In a kadhai, heat the coconut oil. Add the chopped garlic then garlic flavour is come. Add onions and saute well. Add chopped tomatoes, little bit of curry leaves .

Add the ground masalas and mix well add water cook the raw smell goes away. Add the marinated chicken pieces. Add little bit of water then add little bit of coriander leaves it wiil extra flavour of chicken curry.

chicken is cook now finaly add coconut milk. switch off the flame. Add little bit of salt.
