Drumstick Leaf Dosa ,Chutney and Badam Milk

Today we are presenting a healthy break fast idea... A combination of Dosa with drumstick leaves, accompanied by chutney and Badam milk.

Shall we start...?

Dosa batter   2 cups
Drumstick leaves   ¾ cup
Finely chopped carrot   ½ cup
Salt   to taste
For Chutney    
Finely cubed tomatoes   1 cup
Finely chopped Onions   1 cup
Red chillies   3 - 4
For Badam Milk    
Milk   1 glass
Badam (Almonds)   5 nos
Cardamom   1 tsp
Sugar   2-3 tsp

Cooking Method:

Now we are gonna make it...

Take a bowl, pour dosa batter, and add drumstick leaves and cubed carrots to it. If the batter is too thick you could add some water and salt.

Put the thava on the stove, when it is hot, pour the batter and . When it is roasted well. Take in to a plate.


Now heat oil in a pan, and fry red chillies. Add tomato and onion into it. Sauté it well. Put the fried ingredients into the mixer jar, add salt and grind it into a paste. Now the chutney is ready. You can serve it on to a plate.

Badam milk

Next is a nutritious drink. Put Badam and cardamom together in the mixer jar and puree it well. Mix the puree well in one cup of milk, add sugar to taste. Now the drink is ready...
