Gooseberry Salad

Ingredients :
Gooseberry - ½ kg
Cucumber - cut into fine blocks 1
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Water - to loosen the mix

Cooking Method :

Put the pan on the stove and pour needed amount of oil in to it.

Put the gooseberries in to the pan and sauté it till it changes colour.

Remove from the pan, and keep it aside. Let it become cool.

De-seed the gooseberries and cut it into fine pieces.

Take a bowl put the gooseberry pieces in to it; add cucumber blocks, curd, salt and bit of water into it.

Mix it well.

The dish is now ready to serve.
