Crispy Bhindi

Ingredients :    
Ladies finger - 250 gms
Maize flour - ¼ cup

Cumin seeds

- 2 tsp
Onion sliced - 2 cups
Chat masala - 1 ½ tsp
Salt -

to taste

Oil - for deep frying

Method:

Cut the ends of each ladies finger and cut each one to 4 – 5 strips lengthwise.

Apply salt on the ladies finger strips and leave it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add the the maize flour and toss it well.

Deep fry the ladies finger till they turn a light brown colour.

Drain the oil from it.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When they crackle, add onion slices and saute till they are lightly browned.

Add chat masala and required amount of salt in to it.

Add the ladies finger fry in to it and toss it well.

Now you can serve it.
