One of the easiest and healthy chutney to serve on the table. It can be served with either breakfast / lunch as an accompaniment.

Recipe by Uttam Kumar from New Delhi.

Ingredients:    
Walnuts : 100 gms
Curd / Yogurt : 1 tsp
Medium Onion : 1
Fresh Mint Leaves : 7-8
Green Chillies : 3-4
Salt : 1/4th small tsp

Method:

Boil the Walnut for 1-2 minutes. In a Blender put this walnut, sliced onions, green chilli, mint leaves, salt n curd. Blend it coarsly just for 10-15 seconds, dont blend it too fine.

Your delicious Walnut Chutney is ready to serve!

Hi,the walnut chutney is one of the best and easy recepise to serve on the table, I am quite happy about it,It makes to think i dont much about indian cooking, I do all english cooking it makes the life easy and best,after all , living in uk with weather i enjoy the oven cooking.
