Apple dates custard is an easy fruit custard that can be made at home within minutes. The indian version of Apple dates custard is popular among Mangaloreans and Parsis.

Ingredients :
Cubed Apple	-	1 cup
Cubed dates	-	1 cup
Honey	-	1/4 cup
Gram Flour	-	1 cup
Milk	-	1/4 cup
Butter	-	2-3 tbsp

Cooking Method :

Add one cup each of cubed apple and dates into a glass bowl. Pour quarter cup of honey on top of it. Mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside.

In another bowl, take 1 cup of gram flour, add quarter cup of milk and 3 table spoon of butter to enhance the taste. Mix well to form a semi liquid consistency. Now combine the former fruite mixture with the batter and Refrigarate.

Your apple dates custurd is ready to serve.
