|  Cooking Method :  
       Clean and wash the prawns thoroughly. In a bowl, add 
        ingredients like ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, 
        coriander powder, garam masala, vinegar, 2 tbsp of oil and salt and mix 
        well followed by adding prawns and mix well again. Keep it aside for 
        5 minutes to marinate.  Mean while into a hot pan, add 2 tsp of oil and place marinated prawns 
        to grill. Add few curry leaves, ginger , green chilly, capsicum, sliced 
        onions and little coconut oil to it and cook covered on medium heat for 
        3-5 minutes. Then mix it well to get a good flavour and taste. Now the 
        dish is ready and we can transfer into serving plate.  |
