Mango red chilly chutney is a special cuisine popular among South Asian countries. The chutney is prepared with in 10 minutes and requires very few ingredients. The above recipe is made in its coarse form.

Ingredients :

Ripe Mango - 1-2
Salt - a pinch
Dried Red Chilly - 3-4
Sugar - 1-2 tsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp

Cooking Method :

Lets start up by peeling off the skin of ripe mangoes using a knife. Mash and Squeeze the Mango flesh with your hands or spoon to get a pulpy mixture. Heat a pan over medium heat with vegetable oil. Add dried red chilly and sauté well in oil. Now add in Mango pulp into the pan along with a pinch of salt and two tsp of sugar.

Lets stir and boil until the thick sweet Mango chutney consistency is achieved. Your sweet Mango red chilly chutney is ready to serve.
